Eng. Panagiotis Kalliaras received a Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and is currently a Ph.D. student there.

Major areas of interests include: highly-interactive multimedia services, Internet technologies, real-time applications, broadband communication networks and location based services.
