Best Graduation Project
Competition
The
ITI is pleased to announce a competition for selecting the best technical
project by graduating students for the academic year 2003/2004, within
the main theme of the conference.
The competition supports efforts within The
Arab World in order to advance new technologies and encourage fresh
graduates to participate in this field, effectively.
To participate in the competition, kindly proceed as follows:
1. Send a nomination letter by the academic department with which
the applicant(s) are affiliated, including the following:
- The project's name.
- The name(s) of student(s) participating in the project.
- The project supervisor(s) name(s).
(Correspondence should be sent to the address below).
2. Send a 100 word abstract that briefly describes the project
idea and its results.
3. Prepare a poster (size A0), which describes the project and its results using appropriate drawings and any other suitable illustrations.
(The poster will be exhibited in a special area dedicated for that purpose in the conference venue).
All submitted projects will be evaluated by a special committee, and
those selected will receive certificates of appreciation and awards
from the conference organizing committee.
Kindly be reminded that the deadline for submitting the nomination
letter and the abstract is 24 September, 2004.
